One particularly harsh
reality came by way of violence, especially as it was
utilized and normalized by the Left. The average American
citizen watched in horror as the lives and property of
innocent citizens were deliberately left to the unmerciful
antics of BLM/Antifa mobs. However, as it became apparent
that all of the looting and rioting was wholly supported
by the radical Left, and the Democratic Party, (but I
repeat myself), that initial shock and horror steadily
denatured into a smoldering rage. The
longer this flagrant and relentless abuse of power is
leveled at half of the country, the
higher that subterranean pool of molten anger roils, in
the end proving to be a fierce political motivator. One particular motivation that grew from this politically sanctioned, and media supported violence, came in the form of millions of Americans becoming new gun owners. Indeed, there have been so many first-time gun owners pouring into the system since the middle months of 2020 that their added demand slammed an already stressed ammunition supply. Inventory shortfalls quickly became chronic, and hoarding-stoked ammo shortages are only now showing signs of abating. Personally, I considered this a small and temporary price to pay to have millions of Americans discovering the true meaning and worth of the Second Amendment. In any case, with this unprecedented and continuing influx of new gun owners also comes a great demand for the firearm safety courses required by many states before an application for a firearm license can be made. Attenuating this trend also comes the need and desire for more advanced personal firearm training and advice for the novice gun owner.
